Terms & Conditions

I. TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP. Each membership is a (6-month) membership effective 24 hours after the date of purchase. Membership auto-renews monthly with a 6-month minimum commitment. All pricing at Anti-Aging Centers of CT (Face & Body, LLC) is subject to change. All services purchased are non-refundable, and non-transferrable. Members will be notified in advance of any price changes. Memberships are valid for the terms listed upon sign-up.

II. LIMITATIONS, EXCLUSIONS AND EXCEPTIONS. This program is offered by Anti-Aging Centers of CT (Face & Body, LLC). Memberships are not a licensed insurer, health maintenance organization, or other underwriter of health care services. No portion of any providers’ fees will be reimbursed or otherwise paid by AAC (Face & Body, LLC). Credits are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Cannot combine special pricing with other offers. Excludes other memberships, injectables, and Biologique Recherche products. Services provided by A Better You, LLC at Anti-Aging Centers are not eligible for discounts under any VIP membership program. Services performed before the membership date are not eligible for discounts.

 

III. RENEWAL CONDITIONS. Your membership will automatically renew based on your date of purchase. By joining as a member, you are authorizing us to charge your credit card on file for the membership in the amount each month. By joining, you indicate you have read the terms and conditions of the membership.

 

IV. TERMINATION CONDITIONS. AAC (Face & Body, LLC) reserves the right to terminate members from its program for any reason. By signing up, you agree to all current and future changes or cancellations to the membership program. AAC (Face & Body, LLC) reserves the right to change benefits and terms at any time. Members will not be grandfathered into any future program changes. AAC (Face & Body, LLC) reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time without a refund.

 

V. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS. Memberships cannot be terminated outside of the minimum 6-month period. Membership(s) can be canceled at any time after the minimum 6-month commitment with 30 days’ advance notice. After cancellation, you must wait 6 months to rejoin the program.Any unused sessions have no monetary value and cannot be rolled over to another month/term or redeemed for cash, credit, store credit, or a refund. Any unused credit banked expires two years from last payment received.
